The CDH Hackathon is an immersive hands-on event designed to introduce participants to the core principles of Pega Customer Decision Hub through collaboration, experimentation, and real world business scenarios.
During the workshop, teams work together to design and build AI driven customer engagement strategies using Customer Engagement Blueprint and NBA Designer. Participants experience the complete flow from business challenge to working decision logic within a single day.
The hackathon combines lectures, demonstrations, guided workshops, and practical team exercises to provide a fast paced and interactive learning experience.
Throughout the day, teams work in dedicated sandbox environments using personalized challenge scenarios tailored to their selected industry sector and engagement objectives.
The event is facilitated by experienced Pega and Customer Decision Hub specialists with extensive experience in enterprise delivery environments. Real world examples, industry scenarios, and collaborative exercises are used throughout the day to connect the experience directly to modern customer engagement challenges.
At the end of the event, participants will have designed and implemented a working customer decisioning solution while gaining practical insight into how AI driven engagement strategies can be delivered collaboratively and efficiently in real world projects.
