The CDH Hackathon is an immersive hands-on event designed to introduce participants to the core principles of Pega Customer Decision Hub through collaboration, experimentation, and real world business scenarios.
During the workshop, teams work together to design and build AI driven customer engagement strategies using Customer Engagement Blueprint and NBA Designer. Participants experience the complete flow from business challenge to working decision logic within a single day.
The hackathon combines lectures, demonstrations, guided workshops, and practical team exercises to provide a fast paced and interactive learning experience.
Throughout the day, teams work in dedicated sandbox environments using personalized challenge scenarios tailored to their selected industry sector and engagement objectives.
